Legal Terms
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 15 days of purchase. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled.
Shipping: The product will be shipped upon payment confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling.
Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Custom Orders: For custom artwork, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipping. The artist will work with you to ensure the final product meets the proposed quality before the remaining charge is due. The artist will propose the estimated time of completion in the quote. This is subject to change depending on customer requirements. The artist will credit any overcharged hours.
Ownership and Copyright: The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce the artwork. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any form without the artist's written consent.
